Pleiku Lake T’nung
Also known as Bien Ho, Lake T’nung is about 7 km north of Pleiku city center, along Highway 14. Located at an altitude of about 1,000 m above sea level, with a water surface area of about 250 hectares, the lake bed has an average depth of up to 40 meters. Bien Ho is considered one of the largest freshwater lakes in the Central Highlands. According to many documents, the forerunner of Bien Ho is the vestige of a crater that stopped working hundreds of millions of years ago.
