Sticky rice
This is a typical dish of Lang Son, made from Camellia leaves and fragrant sticky rice. Depending on the region, the third ingredient is the ashes of rice straw and dried banana leaves.

Stone snails are only available in the rainy season, from April to August. Snails live on high mountains, eat leaves, moss and even herbs, so snails contain a lot of nutrients. To talk about delicious stone snails in Lang Son must mention Huu Lien, every season, people here climb high mountains to catch rock snails to make food. Huu Lien snail is big and beautiful, the meat is fatty, fragrant, crunchy, served with very delicious chili-ginger dipping sauce.
