SON LA – Tourists line up very early to buy tickets to visit the world record walking glass bridge in Moc Chau.
On the occasion of the holiday of April 30, Moc Chau opened the record-long walking glass bridge. Right on the opening day, at the lounge area, a lot of visitors lined up early to buy tickets. Despite having to wait and the ticket price is said to be not cheap, 650,000 VND per adult, 450,000 VND for children, many people are still patient.
Ms. Nguyen Quynh Anh, Hanoi, said there are two reasons for choosing Moc Chau to visit during the holiday, one is the beautiful and cool scenery, and the second is the opening of the Bach Long glass bridge. “Come here, I see that the bridge is very beautiful, the space is clean, the staff is friendly. I feel satisfied”, she shared. Mr. Chu Khuong Duy, also from Hanoi, shared: “The bridge crosses the mountain range, so the view is very majestic. I feel proud because Vietnam has the longest bridge in the world.”
Hoang Thi Nhu, the representative of Moc Chau Island, said that on the first day of the holiday, the glass bridge welcomed more than 4,000 visitors and after three days, the bridge had attracted nearly 15,000 visitors.
Bach Long glass bridge was built in Muong Sang commune, Moc Chau district, with a total length of 632 m. This is the third glass bridge in Vietnam, after Rong May Bridge in Lai Chau and Love Bridge in Moc Chau. Currently, Bach Long Glass Bridge has completed the procedures to recognize Guinness World Records and is waiting for the registration of “The longest walking glass bridge in the world”.
Visitors coming here will experience the glass bridge spanning two mountains 285 m long, 2.4 m wide with huge glass panels. Apply 9D effect technology with 60 simulated visual and sound effects to create a feeling. The bridge has been appraised according to international standards. There are also many points designed to have a panoramic view of the resort so that visitors can comfortably take the best photos.
Bach Long Glass Bridge is one of the items of the Moc Chau Island tourist and resort complex. There is also a multi-purpose play area with adventure games, a children’s play area, a square, restaurant, and resort… to meet the needs of visitors.
