Tu Van Pagoda, also known as Cam Linh Cam Ranh snail pagoda or San Ho pagoda, is located about 35km from Nha Trang city. This temple has a history of more than 5 decades, was built in 1968 and is located on 3/4 street of Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa.

Stepping into the sight at Tu Van Pagoda , the first impression that visitors can feel is a very airy and peaceful space. As soon as you enter you will see a Bat Nha boat (bottomless boat) erected from various types of conch shells. The boat was built up to 3 floors high, nearly 10m long, 4m wide. Bao Tich Tower
Bao Tich Tower is an elaborate work built by the monks at the temple in 1995 and completed after 5 years of designing and collecting materials. The 39m high stupa consists of 2 low floors. The upper floor is a place to worship Buddha, the lower floor is a place for visitors to visit.

The structure of Bao Tich tower is very sophisticated with 49 sub-towers surrounding the outside. From a distance, it looks like a lotus petal that is slowly blooming. This architecture is made from coral stone, including 8 doors called the Eightfold Path. The inside leaves the impression of very sophisticated and skillful pattern lines made from seashells and snail shells. Over the years, regardless of rain or shine, the shells and coral stones seem to have been tinged with time but still retain their majesty and ancient features.

Road to Hell
