The work consists of the main house in the middle and two crab shell houses connected to the main house by gutters.
The main house Nghinh Luong Dinh is made in the form of an ancient floor consisting of 2 roofs with 16 wooden columns, the columns are reinforced with load-bearing walls. The four sides of the nave are empty, the cypress walls on both sides are carved into arched doors or circular windows with the word Tho. The roof tiles of Nghinh Luong Dinh are royal lapis lazuli tiles, the roof edge is decorated with the image of an aniseed dragon adoring the sun.
