HAI PHONG – Thien Van Hill is about 10 km from the city center, called “miniature Da Lat” thanks to its fresh, quiet air and rich vegetation.
Thien Van Hill is located in the center of Kien An district, a busy urban area of Hai Phong city .
To get to Thien Van Hill, you should start from Kien An intersection, go straight to Tran Thanh Ngo Street, continue 100 meters along Nguyen Xien Street to reach the Dragon Gate, then keep following the small road towards the top of the hill.

On the hill, many pine trees are planted, creating a scene similar to Da Lat.

On the top of Thien Van hill, there is Phu Lien meteorological station, at an altitude of 113 m.
This is a hydro-meteorological station in the Northeast region built in 1902 by Governor General of Indochina Paul Doumer according to French architecture.
From the top of the hill, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Kien An district, a busy and old urban area in Hai Phong city.
