Tu San Alley is located at the foot of Ma Pi Leng, on the Nho Que river. The very close distance of the two ravines combined with the green color of the river creates a majestic and poetic scene. To reach Tu San canyon, visitors must take a boat or canoe for about 20 minutes from the wharf upstream of Nho Que.

Many years ago, when there was no hydroelectric dam on the Nho Que River, very few people could approach the foot of the dangerous vertical canyon, and could only admire this majestic scene when stopping at the bends on Ma Pi road. Khau Vai love market

Khau Vai love market, also known as “life market”, is held on March 27 of the lunar calendar every year. The market is more than 100 years old, in Khau Vai village, Khau Vai commune, 180 km from Ha Giang city. The market is a place for people to come together after one or more years of separation. What’s special about the tradition is that there are many couples who go to the market together, the wife goes looking for the wife’s friends, the husband goes to find the husband’s friends, not jealous, not frustrated, respecting each other.

However, Khau Vai love market is being commercialized, gradually losing its rustic look and original meaning. Now the market sells many types of goods like other markets.
