Hon Tranh
Hon Tranh is a small island about 15 minutes by motorboat from Phu Quy port. Hon Tranh emerged in the middle of the immense ocean, surrounded by four ocean waves. The reason is called Hon Tranh because in the past there was a lot of thatched grass. People from Phu Quy came to Tranh Islet to work on the fields, cut the thatched grass and roofed.
Coming to Hon Tranh, you can also explore the water stork caves, dry stork caves – their nighttime residence storks or roam the island, immersing in the interesting wild natural scenery.
Lighthouse – Forbidden Mountain
The lighthouse on Phu Quy Island , 18 meters high, is one of the largest lighthouses in Vietnam, located on Cam Mountain with an altitude of 126 meters above sea level. To conquer it, you have to walk and climb hundreds of stone steps along the mountainside, about 200 meters long.
