Binh Lieu formerly belonged to Tinh Huc commune, Binh Lieu district, Quang Ninh province, located in the mountains near the Vietnam – China border. Since 1977, this place was established under the name of Binh Lieu town. Binh Lieu is more than 100km northeast of Ha Long city center.
After arriving at Binh Lieu, from Binh Lieu town, run towards Hoanh Mo on National Highway 18C for about 3-4 km, turn right into the village of Ngan Chuong, turn towards landmark 68 about 14km in the direction of famous landmarks 1302 and 1305.
