Famous for nearly a century with the brand of rice paper, Tho Ha craft village, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang provides coconut rice cakes and spring rolls to many northern provinces.

Visiting Tho Ha, everywhere in the villages and alleys, there are rice paper drying racks. Tho Ha spring rolls are usually flexible and easy to pack. To get such a finished product, the people here have their own secret, which is that the rice paper is “air-dried” instead of sun-dried.
