Ms. Ton Nu Kim Luc, the owner of Me Ton Dich Sweet Soup shop, said that in the past, the Sweet Soup shop was opened by her grandmother before 1975 in Hen and moved to 20 Dinh Tien Hoang until now. The recipe for making Sweet Soup was told by her grandmother and learned from the royal court of Hue.

“Up to now, the Sweet Soup shop has been over 50 years old. Each Sweet Soup dish at the shop is cooked according to a recipe passed down from my grandmother to my mother and then to me. Diners love the shop because they want to enjoy powdered Sweet Soup wrapped in Sweet Soup. roasted pork,” said Kim Luc. According to Ms. Luc, customers who want to eat the restaurant’s roasted pork filter powder often have to queue up because it can’t be processed in time. Every day, she will soak the beans in the evening, then wash the ingredients, cook Sweet Soup according to the traditional recipe and sell it at 6 pm until the street is empty or out of stock.
