Vesak festival 2019 and instructions on Tam Chuc Ha Nam Pagoda

The United Nations Vesak 2019 Celebration is the third time that Vietnam is honored to host this event. The event will take place from May 12-14, 2019 at Tam Chuc Buddhist Cultural Center, Ha Nam. The event is expected to welcome 105 delegations from countries and territories, more than 500 delegations with over 1,500 dignitaries, church leaders, researchers and scholars. In May, the main items at the convention center are almost complete to prepare for this important event.

To go to Tam Chuc Pagoda to attend the Vesak Celebration 2019 , visitors can choose one of the two following paths:

+ Palace road 1: Go along the way to Huong pagoda, but do not turn to Trinh temple but go straight about 5km to reach Tam Chuc Pagoda. The route is about 65km long.

+ Road 2: Take the direction of Highway 1 (Phap Van expressway) to Phu Ly city then go about 12km more, ask the local people for directions or follow Google maps to choose the shortest route. This route is about 62km.
