In 1902, when the discovery of a valley-shaped valley was about 250ha wide in Tam Dao mountain range at an altitude of 900m. This place is only about 80km from the capital, possessing a cool and pleasant year-round climate. At that time, the French had an intention to build this land into a resort for French officials in Vietnam.
