3 pho restaurants are chosen by diners to come after the distance

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Chinh, owner of Phu Gia Pho restaurant for more than 20 years on Ly Chinh Thang Street, District 3 shared: “I am happy that the restaurant is supported by diners after the time of social distancing. Mr. Chinh further shared that in this year’s Pho Day program, the restaurant offers rare noodle soup, with the main ingredient being tender rare beef that is lightly sautéed and then added with rice noodles, rich and fatty broth. Normally, diners enjoy this dish for 60,000-95,000 VND, but in the program, it only costs 10,000 VND/piece.
