Thu Thiem Bridge
Connecting between District 2 and Binh Thanh, Thu Thiem Bridge is one of the beautiful places to stay cool and watch the sunset. Kite beach at the foot of Thu Thiem bridge
Spontaneous kite beach is located on empty land, quite close to the city center. There are strong winds, flat asphalt and the view of Bitexco, Landmark81, attracting many young people and families to fly kites and take photos from 16:00. Visitors can buy kites, with prices from about 50,000 to 300,000 VND, depending on the type and size. There are also a number of shops selling soft drinks, snacks for guests who want to stay cool and watch the sunset.
To get here, from District 1, you pass Thu Thiem Tunnel, to Mai Chi Tho – Nguyen Co Thach intersection, turn left. Going a short distance to the intersection with Luong Dinh Cua Street, you will see the kite field on your left. Sala park
This park belongs to the urban area of the same name, located at 10 Mai Chi Tho Street. There is a large, airy space, decorated with many giant flower stations, green grass, artificial rivers and surrounding modern works. Tourists living outside the urban area can go for walks and take pictures. Many people commented that this place brings a sense of peace, the design is similar to Gardens by the Bay in Singapore.
