Ta Xua Peak 2,865m high in Ban Cong, Tram Tau district, Yen Bai province, is one of the 15 highest peaks in Vietnam. Ta Xua is an upland commune (in Bac Yen district) which is bordered by two districts of Tram Tau (Yen Bai) and Bac Yen (Son La). The road connecting these two districts through Ta Xua has just been opened since 2011, since then the arches to Ta Xua have appeared more and more and this place is also increasingly popular in the community who loves to move.

The way up Ta Xua is a trail about 1m wide, with a high slope and lots of gravel. This is also a famous cloud hunting place that hides countless attractive experiences for tourists to explore. The right time to hunt for rattan is from October to April every year. When you come here, you should consider many other factors such as drizzle, low night temperatures and high daytime temperatures.

“Dinosaur backbone” Mau Son is actually a winding trail located on the top of Cha mountain in Mau Son commune, Loc Binh district, Lang Son province. Along the way up the spine are immense green cane grass hills, visitors can easily admire the scenery or take check-in pictures on the rocky outcrops along the roadside. It takes about three hours to cross the mountain to reach the spine. The road up to the 300m-long spine is not too arduous but requires discoverers to have enduring and enduring health.

30km from the center of Bac Yen district, Hang Dong is one of the ‘roofs’ of Son La province with an altitude of nearly 2000m above sea level. Hang Dong is a road to challenge the pilgrims’ steering wheel. Passing the mountain pass, the traveler will reach the cloudy paradise, and will be able to touch the “dinosaur backbone” of Hang Dong.

Living the Dinosaur at an altitude of nearly 1,600 meters, from where travelers can watch the mountains sunk in the white clouds or one of the three mountains that make up the Ta Xua range.

Hon My Giang is 25km east of Ninh Hoa town in Khanh Hoa province, where people named Nhon mountain. Not too difficult to get here, you can go by motorbike to the foot of the mountain and take more than 30 minutes to conquer the dinosaur’s backbone. 

A place where you can watch the beautiful sunset, with a view from above covering a whole Van Phong bay and Hon Do bay. In the afternoon, swallows fly across the sky, creating a majestic, poetic scene.
