The parts of the buffalo such as head, horns, legs … are made from dried coconut, glued. Coconut shells are taken out of rice, polished outside, then assembled, decorated and polished.
After attaching the image of buffalo, bonsai pots will be decorated with small landscape of rockery, gold, waterfalls, fishing … One day, the garden owner can make 20-30 trees.
Each completed work is sold from 600,000 to 3 million VND depending on the type and age of the tree. According to the owner of the garden, the value of each pot depends on the shape and age of the coconut tree.
Cheap and best-selling are coconut bonsai in plastic pots with basic shape, without additional decorative miniatures.

Mr. Hieu also made some more coconut bonsai with pictures of famous characters to diversify products. He said that any image guests like or even their face can do.
In the nearly 500-square-meter garden, Hieu spends a wide angle to make buffalo-shaped coconut bonsai. Near Tet, every day many customers come to see the goods. Currently, nearly half of 600 coconut bonsai pots have been ordered by customers.
After a while of selection, Mr. Tan, living in Thu Duc City, selected a satisfactory bonsai pot, priced at more than one million VND. “I bought two pots to bring back home to give to my relatives.
