THUA THIEN – HUE – Hundreds of people have returned to Phu Cam Cathedral, Redeemer Order to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
On the evening of December 24, Phu Cam Cathedral in Phuoc Vinh ward, Hue city sparkled on Christmas Eve. Phu Cam Cathedral is the oldest church in Hue dating back to the Nguyen Lords.
Seen from above, Phu Cam Cathedral has a cross shape. The church was designed and built by the late architect Ngo Viet Thu and built in the years starting in the 1960s.
On Christmas Eve, hundreds of Hue residents and tourists have come to Phu Cam Church to have fun, watching a show of art recreating the scene of Jesus being born on a manger in a donkey cave.

About 2km from Phu Cam Cathedral, the Redemptorist Church on Nguyen Hue Street, Phu Nhuan ward also glows on Christmas Eve.

The Redemptorist Church also attracts thousands of people and visitors with outstanding decorations and central location in the city, bordering two large streets of Nguyen Hue and Nguyen Khuyen.
