Accordingly, the journey of finding and promoting Vietnamese culinary values and specialties has been organized by Vietnam Record (VietKings), Vietnam Record Institute and Top Vietnam organization continuously implemented in 63 provinces. , all over the country during the past 10 years.
In 2020, the journey will continue to be deployed and receive positive feedback from agencies, departments, branches and unions in localities throughout the country.
After a period of synthesis, consideration and selection, the Top Vietnam Appraisal Council, the Vietnam Institute of Records officially established: Cua Nam Can Ca Mau and U Minh fish sauce hotpot of Ca Mau province were among the top 100 dishes. eat Vietnamese specialties (2020 – 2021) according to the Top Criteria for Vietnamese specialties.
In addition, Ca Mau dried shrimp and U Minh forest honey of Ca Mau province are among the top 100 specialties for Vietnamese gifts (2020 – 2021) according to the criteria set of Top Vietnamese specialties and dishes.
Top dishes and local specialties will be awarded Top certificate, Top badge at the Top Vietnam reunion event (scheduled to be held on April 26, 2021) in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ca Mau has an interlaced system of rivers, canals, creeks, and cajuput forests, which are favorable conditions for living with many species of flora and fauna, including salt water, fresh water and brackish water.
