The pork roll cake shop sells many dishes with seasoning sauce such as vermicelli, pound cake, around the table, attractive saucers are displayed for customers to buy as gifts. “Their scent is very fragrant, but people who are not used to the smell can find it suffocating,” says Max.

A meal of 40,000 VND has a plate of fresh green vegetables of all kinds of lettuce, perilla, lettuce, onion, cilantro with cucumber, thinly sliced mango. Boiled pork is the lean and fat pork belly cut into pieces, thin rice paper plate and even soft wet cake made from rice flour is a very fragrant, absolutely indispensable cup of fish sauce seasoned with garlic and chili.

“The wet cake added to the rice paper sticks, I like to eat onions, lettuce and lots of cilantro. The boiled bacon is cut just enough to roll, not too thick to overwhelm other flavors, the meat is lean. mixed with fat, so the bite is greasy, the meat is soft and blends with the fat layer very well and the taste is more explosive with the rich flavor of seasoned fish sauce, garlic, and spicy chili”, Max described the dish, he saw the fish sauce. The seasoning here keeps the original taste, not mixed with sugar or minced pineapple, but only chili and garlic are added.

In Con market, there are rows of spicy fried snails, just seeing the smell of lemongrass from afar makes you want to swoop right in to enjoy the delicious snail dish. The 40-year-old snail shop in the market only sells 3 dishes, namely rice snails, stone snails, and woolen snails, the aroma from the dish and the bowl of snails decorated with many fresh chili peppers on top is very attractive.

Diners can order snails and enjoy them at the counter. Max said he rarely had the opportunity to come back here, so he ordered 3 different parts of snails to experience. The meal includes not only snails but also a spicy stir-fry sauce with lemongrass and minced chili, fresh fruits such as raw mango, shredded papaya, thinly sliced cucumber, and grated coconut, then will add crispy fried onions and chili garlic fish sauce on top of the snail plate.

“Fried snails with fresh chili and garlic have cooked meat, mixed with delicious fish sauce, fragrant lemongrass. The vegetables mixed with fish sauce and fried snail sauce seep into each papaya strand, adding the aroma of onions. phi anymore”, YouTuber expressed his feelings.

The interesting thing about Con market is that you don’t need to move too far for food and drink, looking around you can see the Sweet Soup stalls and go straight there. There are enough dishes of red bean soup, green beans, mixed Sweet Soup, flan, smoothies, and fruit jams displayed on attractive shelves, you can choose any cool dish to cool off at noon. .

Max’s mixed is put into a tall glass, filled with coconut milk that is smooth, thick, and greasy, fragrant with coconut. “The Sweet Soup has a rather mild and cool taste, while the coconut milk is heavier and fatty, viscous, and has a sweet taste in it,” commented Max.
