The grave of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan
Previously, in Sen village there was the grave of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan – the mother of Uncle Ho. In 1942, Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khiem (Uncle Ho’s biological brother) took the remains of the old woman to be buried at Dong Tranh mountain, 5km from Sen village. From the foot of the mountain to about 300 stone steps is the grave of the old woman (Nghe An people rebuilt the grave in 1985). The roof was built with stylized concrete like a loom – Uncle Ho’s maternal childhood still weaved the loom to raise his children.
