Due to the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic, Pham An, a photographer, has found a very special new direction. Accordingly, he built a hydrangea garden that captivated mountain tourists.
For nearly 2 years now, due to the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic, Pham An (1993, residing at Nguyen Viet Xuan Street, Pleiku City, Gia Lai) has lost many contracts from photography. Taking advantage of his free time during the epidemic season, Pham An devoted himself to creating a garden with a variety of flowers and ornamental plants, especially hydrangeas.
When listening to hydrangeas being grown on Gia Lai land, many young people invited each other to admire and take souvenir photos. Since then, An also has had an income from taking pictures and selling coffee. At the same time, he also created a space close to nature according to his preferences.
If you have ever “lost” in the middle of a lavender field, captivated by the yellow color of wild sunflowers, or surprised by hundreds of sunflowers in Da Lat, you will certainly not be able to ignore the flower garden. The hydrangea is in full bloom, bringing a charming, brilliant beauty to people’s hearts…
In other tourist destinations such as Da Nang, Sa Pa, Lang Son … you must have seen and impressed with the colorful hydrangeas. But in Da Lat, you have the opportunity to admire a vast flower field up to 2 hectares, everywhere hydrangeas grow immeasurably, competing to show off their fragrance. Photo: dnhocc
This field is about 15km from the center of Da Lat, in Lac Duong district, next to provincial road 723 – the route connecting Da Lat city and Nha Trang. From the city center, you go straight on National Highway 20 (Tran Hung Dao) – Tran Quy Cap – Phan Chu Trinh, drive towards Than Tho lake and you will see provincial road 723. The hydrangea field is hidden under the canopy. The green pine forest creates a poetic scene like in a fairy tale. Photo: chuon_kim

Besides the name hydrangea, this flower is also known as the Proposal flower, which comes from an ancient Roman legend. The story goes that there was a beautiful princess who reached the age of marriage but still did not agree with anyone. On her journey to a foreign land, she was touched by a brave and talented man. Not wanting to miss the opportunity, she hurriedly threw a bouquet of hydrangeas at the person she secretly loved to ask for marriage. Photo: nkkha
Because of this story, many couples choose a romantic scene at the hydrangea garden to take wedding photos. In particular, if taken from above, everyone will be amazed at the scenery no different from Europe. A vast flower field stretches out, shimmering in the sunlight. Photo: thanhngacosmetics

This flower has wings crowded, adjacent to each other to form round clusters. There are also visitors who think that walking in the middle of the flower garden feels like living in the story of Alice in Wonderland, walking among the giant flowers while her body is shrinking. Photo: domcat9
The hydrangea garden is one of the hottest destinations in Da Lat. Visitors here can freely enjoy the scenery, take pictures to check in, but also need to be careful not to pick flowers or damage the garden landscape. Photo: koko_naoki
