Many people came to the Hong River rock beach over the weekend to take pictures with chrysanthemums early due to fear of changes in epidemic prevention and before the weather turned cold.

At 8:00 am on November 7, Phan Hai Anh moved from Cau Giay district to the Red River rock beach, Tay Ho district. The 20-year-old girl said that the mimosa is the symbolic flower of Hanoi, signaling the transition of autumn and winter. Each season only lasts from the end of October to the end of November. The flowers bloom quickly but fade quickly, causing flower lovers to buy at street vendors or garden houses in Nhat Tan village, Tay Tuu village or flower steppe. Long Bien to take pictures.

As a follower of chrysanthemums, every time the season comes, Hai Anh takes a set of photos to mark. But this year she went to shoot early when the whole garden had only six beds before it started to bloom. “Chrysanthemums bloom late this year and are not as beautiful as every year, but afraid that the amusement parks will have to close in the near future because of the epidemic, I still go,” she said. The cost for an hour of shooting at the garden is about one million VND for the photographer and 50,000 VND for the entrance ticket.

After each photo shot, the girl who had had two shots of the vaccine put on a mask and chose an empty place to pose. “Now there’s only one way to proactively protect yourself. Everyone is afraid of the epidemic, but they can’t hide in the house forever,” she said.

About 20 meters from Hai Anh’s shooting spot, Kim Ngan, 29 years old, from Dong Anh district, is posing in front of the camera. Ngan had planned to move back to the next week after seeing that the flowers had not yet bloomed, but when she heard that there was an increase in cold air causing rain and cold from the afternoon of November 7, she quickly booked an appointment. Contacting the photographer this year is also simple, no waiting in line.

“From the beginning of the crop to now, I have only had about 10 customers order photos, a decrease of 60% compared to every year,” said Nguyen Van Hau, 26 years old, a photographer. The number of visitors taking photos of chrysanthemums decreased by more than half, mostly due to the fear of going to crowded places.

Before receiving guests, Hau often asks for information about vaccination, the level of the epidemic, and at the same time complies with 5K regulations during the shooting process. Outside of shooting, he always reminds guests to wear masks. “Continuously wearing and removing the mask will make the makeup of the model blurred, but because of the epidemic, it must be accepted,” he said.

At the flower garden on the Red River rock beach, guests must make a medical declaration before buying entrance tickets. During the shooting process, the security guard constantly reminds guests to wear masks and keep a distance. The number of visitors to the garden after 9 am is quite crowded. In addition to young people, many families with young children also come to the garden like Anh Duong’s family, 34 years old, living in Long Bien district.

“Staying at home for a long time is secretive,” said Ms. Duong. Instead of visiting shopping centers or crowded places, the 34-year-old woman believes that taking photos in a large space, keeping a distance also reduces the risk of infection.

22-year-old girl Hoang Anh, Thanh Xuan district also thought about taking advantage of early photography for fear of missing the flower season and fear of distance. She said that, when the city transitions to a new normal, people’s entertainment needs “will come back”.

“I personally am gradually adapting to living with the epidemic,” Hoang Anh said.

And Ngoc Minh, 27 years old, in Phu La ward, Ha Dong district, where a new case was recorded, refused when asked to take pictures by friends, to ensure the safety of herself and the community.

“If it’s not taken this year, then next year,” said Minh, who has been vaccinated. Follow vnexpress
