DONG THAP-In March, a sky in Tram Chim National Park glowed in yellow. That’s when the royals first pressed into the season.

The first seal usually begins from mid-February to the end of March in Tram Chim National Park (Dong Thap). In particular, the flowers only bloom when it is sunny, 10h – 13h. To admire the beauty of the flower garden, guests must arrive at the right time, too early or too late.

Tram Chim National Park is about 45 km from Cao Lanh City and about 220 km from Ho Chi Minh City.

The first royal seal originated in India, scientifically named Xyris Indical (of the yellow grass Xyridaceae).

Huang’s first seal appeared in Tram Chim for a long time. The plant grows in water, until the dry season sprints down, the plant blossoms. According to Tram Chim National Park, after 3 years of not blooming, this year the first royal seal has flowered again. Flowers spread over an area of 6.2 hectares, dyed gold in the whole A5 sub-area of the garden.

To access the flower garden, guests walk more than 250 metres in the midday sun.

You can visit the flower garden by water, the fare is 270,000 – 350,000 VND / person for groups of 6-10 guests, travel time is about one hour. In addition to the flower garden, guests will see the diverse ecosystem of Tram Chim.

If you are self-sufficient by personal car (motorbike, car under 16 seats), the fare is VND 170,000 per person, travel time is about 30 minutes.
