HANOI – Ba Vi National Park opens a hot air balloon shooting and flight service with a budget of 300,000 VND / person from November 1 to 15.
This year, wildflowers begin to bloom from November 1 along a 12.5 km long road from peak 100 to the top of Ba Vi mountain; Peak wild flower field 400 m (flower bloom is expected to end in November). The November Wildflowers Festival has the theme “Autumn of Tan Vien Son Mountain”, visitors will experience flying a hot air balloon at the peak of 400 m, 900 m, panoramic view of Ba Vi with carpet of golden flowers. from November 1 – November 15.
Admission ticket to Ba Vi National Park remains from 10,000 – 60,000 VND / person (depending on age). To participate in the hot air balloon event, visitors need to buy tickets priced at 60,000 VND / adult, 30,000 VND / priority audience (people over 60 years old, disabled, students) and free for children under 1 tall, 2 m. This ticket includes the cost of taking pictures with the flying hot air balloon, attending the music night. If you only take pictures inside a hot air balloon, the fee is 30,000 VND / person. And the ticket to fly the balloon to watch the wild flowers is 300,000 VND / person.
A trip to Ba Vi camping and viewing wildflowers usually lasts 2 days 1 night, suitable for a short weekend. If conditions do not allow, a day trip is also an option as it takes less than 1 hour to travel from central Hanoi to Ba Vi.
You can bring tents or rent them for 120,000 – 200,000 VND / tent. The cost to set up a campfire is about 1 million VND / night. In addition, you need to pay an additional environmental management fee (10,000 VND / person). A day trip may not need a tent, you should rent canvas for only 30,000 VND to organize a picnic, which is both clean and convenient for cleaning up after eating.
You should not hand-pick flowers, break branches, the fine in Ba Vi National Park is 100,000 VND / person for actions that harm the landscape.
