The “Sleepless in Saigon” tour starts from December 21, operating from 11pm to 7am the next day. The tour departs at 96 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, runs through 30 routes, nearly 20 monuments, architectural attractions, culinary streets and centers with bustling activities throughout the night of the city such as Bui Street.
