Sharing with PV Dan Tri , photographer Long Moon – who made this unique wedding photo set, said that being at Y Ty to take pictures is “fate”.
“At first we were going to hunt for clouds, when the weather on January 8 and January 9 had snowed in Sapa, I wanted to go, but there was one thing that could not be canceled so I canceled the plan.
However, 2 days there, it was no snow, the night of January 10, the weather reported the possibility of snow, so I did not want to miss the opportunity anymore, texted the group to arrange to go “, Mr. Long told.
To catch up with the moment of ice and snow, the group set out on the road at 12 o’clock at night. Mr. Long is both a photographer, responsible for the main shoot, and also drives the group to Sapa. It was cold raining, foggy again, the road was slippery and it was difficult to move. 5am, the group arrives in Sapa.
However, the scene of Sapa appeared quite different from imagination, there was no sign of ice and snow, making everyone quite disappointed. While resting, surfing the internet, Mr. Long suddenly read the news that ice and snow appeared at Y Ty. Without thinking about it, the group decided to change the shooting location and immediately moved to Y Ty.
“The road is quite slippery, difficult to move. Going about 50km, the group saw snow falling, so there was more hope. At the destination, everyone was cold but very happy and happy to see. Nice view like in Europe, “he said.
Traveling long distances was tiring, but did not want to miss the beautiful moment, the group quickly prepared the tools to take pictures. However, the harsh cold weather makes the implementation not easy.
“The hands and feet were frozen, hard to press the buttons. It was so cold that the wedding dress would freeze. But thinking about the upcoming wedding photos, everyone encourages each other to try,” talk.
Although the process of making the photo shoot was quite difficult due to the harsh weather conditions, the encouragement, encouragement and congratulations from the tourists or local people made the crew even more motivated. Mr. Long also reminded the members of the delegation to pay attention to ensure safety, preserve the landscape and not affect people’s lives.
“Before that, the crew and the bride and groom went to Ha Giang to take a wedding photo, but due to unfavorable weather conditions, I was not really satisfied with this set of photos. The second time I shot, I hope to make up for it. For the couple with the best pictures. And luckily catching the snowy scene in Y Ty helped the crew to have a unique set of photos, capturing the most special moments for the bride and groom “, Mr. Long shared shall.
Not only the photographer and the members of the crew, but the main character in the photo series, the bride and groom, is also very surprised about this “life-long” trip.
“We like to travel to experience and go to places with unspoiled scenery to capture the most natural moments, so when preparing to get married, we also want to have a photo set in a remote place to keep memories.
I still don’t believe I was photographed in such a fantastical white snow scene. When they saw snow falling, both broke, exclaimed with joy because the scene was so beautiful that it had only been seen on television before. Although the weather was cold, the joy in the dream scene dispelled everything, “Linh said.
In the middle of the cold weather, in order to have the best wedding photos, the couple tries to express their affection and pose naturally. Shoot for a while, stop, wear a shirt to keep the body warm. After more than 5 hours, the new set of photos are done.
