Separate functional spaces are combined or separated along an L-shaped plan, ensuring maximum privacy as well as creating diversity for many different types of common spaces. Guests can experience the tranquility in private spaces, or participate in many different activities in public spaces outside.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan (Ho Chi Minh City), having the opportunity to come to Hue in January 2021 and chose this place as a place to stay, shared: “I am extremely impressed with the traditional design and modernity of this place. In harmony with natural colors and materials, the design of the homestay also blurs the boundaries between the spaces inside and outside the house. Empty spaces with semi-open semi-open wooden slats enhance natural ventilation, as well as soften harsh summer light.

“Hue is a city with many long rainy days in winter, so collecting rainwater from the roof and yard into an underground water tank for use in the summer is a utility of the homestay”, Mr. Duong added.

The host directly serves guests along with the staff in the homestay. The rooms here are divided into 3 types: 2 dorm rooms (bed rentals), 4 private rooms including double rooms and family rooms suitable for all types of guests staying. The dorm room has a shared kitchen, however, in-house guests are allowed to cook only vegetarian dishes. In addition, guests can still buy processed food to use in the common living space of the homestay.

According to Mr. Duong, homestay always reaches 50% of room capacity. Guests coming to stay are also very rich, from single guests, couples to families and groups of friends. The homestay room price depends on the room class, from 190,000 VND to 1,390,000 VND per night.
