Years of implementation, the project has only started a few small items, damaged the pristine landscape, polluted the environment, and the local people were frustrated. By August 2016, the project was delayed for 2 years, so Quang Binh province made a decision to recover more than 200,000 m2 of the project’s land. Then transfer to Truong Thinh Group Joint Stock Company which will be responsible for implementing the project to restore the function of Bang hot spring.
