Bao shared that he used to major in Architecture at Van Lang University, but he is pursuing a career in media and marketing. 3 years ago, when looking at art photos, he had an indescribable feeling of rejoicing. So Bao bought a camera to practice taking photos.

After every hour of work, this amateur photographer roams the streets, searching for photo angles that he finds beautiful to take. Gradually, Bao’s photography skills also improved.

Initially, Bao photographed the streets and life in the city. Over time, he began to turn to landscape and artistic photography. He admits that he doesn’t have his own style of photography, only when he likes or feels deeply that Bao will bring the camera out to take pictures. Each genre of treasure can be taken by itself and breathed its own soul into it.

Most of the roads Bao took are located in the inner city. From the city center such as: Bach Dang Wharf, Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street, a corner of Thu Thiem or to Binh Dong Wharf, East-West Avenue, Pham Van Dong Street are all shown by Bao in each photo frame.

About the pink lily, Bao said it was one of the beautiful moments of Ho Chi Minh City because in the city flowers are very rare, only blooming once a year. “Every day I go to work from Thu Duc City to District 3, I go on roads with pink lilies. Seeing the flowers bloom beautifully and pink, I thought I was abroad and wanted to keep that moment, so I took the camera out to take pictures on the way to work, “said Bao.

According to Bao, the roads with many pink lilies are the Thu Thiem area, East-West Boulevard (the section of Thu Thiem tunnel) and Dien Bien Phu street, Ben Thanh bus station. The best time to photograph flowers is early morning. Taking advantage of the clear weather and beautiful sunshine, the pink color of the flowers is honored.

After taking the photo, Bao posted photos of pink lilies on forums and received many compliments. “Of course, I’m very happy because my photos are well received by many people,” Bao confided.

Bao’s next plan is to go to Da Lat, roam the streets to take pictures of wild sunflowers, banyan flowers, or cherry apricot flowers to satisfy his passion after a set of pink lily photos.
