The owner of the snakehead fish soup shop is the couple of Dang Quoc Khanh and Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Thuy (both born 1985).
Mr. Khanh said that the couple are both Hue people who have been living and settling in Da Nang for 20 years. Both paternal and maternal families have lived by selling snakehead fish cake for many generations, but before, the couple did not follow the profession because they found it hard.
