Located on a land of more than 6,600 m2 of golden land at the corner of Ham Nghi – Ton Duc Thang – Vo Van Kiet streets (District 1), Saigon One Tower (formerly known as Saigon M&C Tower) is a project with a prime location in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, this work has been stopped for more than 11 years, leading to the possibility that the bearing glass frames cause unsafety as well as affect the urban beauty. For other items, the investor cannot do it because this project is currently waiting for the conclusion of the Government Inspector.

The first investor of Saigon One Tower was Saigon M&C Real Estate Joint Stock Company (later renamed Saigon One Tower Joint Stock Company). In 2018, the building was announced by the Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC) to be auctioned to handle bad debts of more than VND 7,000 billion….
The new perspective of the building after changing to a new owner is Viva Land Company.
Viva Land Company was established in May 2019, chartered capital of 2,000 billion VND, the main business is real estate business. After changing owners, Saigon One Tower also had a new name, IFC One Saigon.
