Hue cake with shell is made from pure rice, ground into a fine powder, soaked in water to make it flexible, and then mixed with a little fat.  After that, people pour the flour into each small bowl, so that the cake has thin slices like duckweed, then steam it on a steamer.  Newly cooked cake for more filling.
