The contest quickly attracted a large number of youth union members and young people who are gifted in the field of painting who are living and studying at the branches of the Youth Union and attached teams. The youth are divided into 3 blocks such as wards and communes (13 participating units), school blocks (6 participating units) and clubs and freelance artists.
When the contest was launched, many households in Hoa Trung village, Tam Thanh commune did not hesitate to donate their walls to beautify the village of Tam Thanh murals.
Typical is Mr. Tran Khanh Binh’s household (40 years old, Hoa Trung village, Tam Thanh commune). When mobilized by the People’s Committee and the Youth Union of Tam Thanh Commune, Mr. Binh did not hesitate to donate a wall of nearly 100 m2 to present the largest picture in the mural village.
Not only that, he also participated in repairing the land next to the house so that people could have places to visit and take pictures.
