In 1894, Mr. Nguyen Sinh Sac (born President of Ho Chi Minh) passed his Bachelor of Science at Huong Nghe An Exam School. In 1895, he entered Hue for the contest but failed to pass. To prepare for the next exam, he applied to study Quoc Tu Giam – Hue and was accepted. However, the scholarships of the school were very few, not enough for him to live in the capital, so he returned to his hometown to discuss with his family to bring his wife and children together to Hue so that the family could help him study. also has time to take care of and raise the children. Coming to Hue to introduce him to an acquaintance, he was able to rent a small house on Dong Ba street (the present relic house).
