Mui Ke Ga Binh Thuan (Tan Thanh commune, Ham Thuan Nam district) is one of the must-miss destinations in the Central of Vietnam for those who love freedom and move.

Binh Thuan Ke Ga Cape is a small island about 500m from the mainland with complex and isolated terrain at high tide. It attracts visitors thanks to the wild, idyllic and quiet beauty that is rarely seen in this tourist land. The highlight is the clear blue sea water, hundreds of colorful marble clusters, or the oldest lighthouse in Southeast Asia standing in the sky …

Most tourists will choose Mui Ne as a stopover, resort, swimming and visit some famous landmarks such as Bau Trang – Bau Sen, Hon Rom …Since we decided to go to explore, after a day of “bombardment” in Mui Ne, we spent the rest of the trip exploring Mui Ke Ga.

Ke Ga Cape is still quite wild. When you come to this place, you must definitely take the time to go canoe to Mui Dien, a few hundred meters from the shore. This is where the oldest lighthouse in Vietnam and tallest, oldest in Southeast Asia, designed by a French engineer.

To go to the lighthouse located on Mui Dien, remember to arrive before 17:00 because after this time, the canoe will only pick up guests, not bring passengers. And also should come here in the afternoon to see firsthand the sunset is more beautiful than in the movie.

When you arrive at Mui Dien, you will feel the peace in this place. The rows of porcelain trees, the old aspen lobes spread widely, the faint floral scent, along with the characteristic scent of the sea of salty sardines flying in the breeze and spreading in the space as if grabbing visitors’ feet.

Because the scenery in Mui Ke Ga is so peaceful, my friends and I decided to stay and watch the sunset. Standing at the foot of the lighthouse, the wind blowing, watching the blue sea surface and the sun gradually turning red, the sun fading … will make you not want to take your eyes off.

Although I have traveled many places, watching the sunset both at home and abroad, I feel like standing facing the red sun at Ke Ga Cape, nowhere else has it been, it’s so great that it makes me even Standing there, thinking: “I will definitely return to this place!”
