VINH PHUC – With a unique design and location, the house is a special resort for the owner, allowing residents to enjoy the full view of Tam Dao.

Treehouses are no longer strange to Vietnamese homeowners, but the house on Tam Dao of Mr. Tuan Tu’s family is surprising by its circular design.

Loving architecture and technology, the owner took Apple Park, Apple’s headquarters building located in Cupertino, California (USA) as the inspiration for the design of the project.

The house was “placed” by Mr. Tu on two old pine trees available on his land, three meters above the ground.

To keep the house firmly, not shaking with the tree every time the wind is high, the owner creates a sturdy frame with many pillars as a fulcrum. This frame system is maintained annually. In addition, electrical lines are installed in pipes, located in locations that are less exposed to rainwater.

The total area of the house is 60 m2. Inside, the building has a living room, a kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms, a toilet with a massage bath.

Modern, compact furniture, meeting the weekend needs of the host family.

The WC area is tiled with patterned tiles for the purpose of making a difference from the rest of the space.

The main materials are wood and glass to help the house stand out while still being in harmony with the surroundings. Homeowners can also enjoy the view outside or can pull the curtain if need privacy.

On favorable weather days, occupants can also go to the roof to enjoy the morning dew or sunset. The project was built from January 2020 to August 2020, the total cost is about 350 million VND. Follow vnexpress
