Mr. Ho An Phong – Director of Quang Binh Tourism Department said: Previously, in 1959, border guards discovered a group of people living in rock caves with customs no longer in the modern world. After a while, the army and local authorities mobilized them to leave the cave and settle in Mo O, O oh, Yen Hop villages.

This year, the floods continue to threaten the village but also create a rare contrast. These days, it is flooded with flood water (but not muddy), the water is clear, turquoise green, forming a large lake engulfing old trees for about a month. Behind the lake is the Ruc village, one of the 10 most mysterious tribes in the world.

Coming here, visitors will be able to paddle on clear floodwater, swim and snorkel in the underwater forest in Hung Trau area. Visiting the village of the Ruc people, visitors have lunch with the locals, enjoy Dac wine and the wonderful salt-dipped Snail (the snail only appears on rainy days). In the afternoon, visitors explore the rock caves of the Ruc people who lived many years ago and continue rowing to visit the semi-submerged forest area.

“I want to develop and preserve their culture with the Ruc people. In addition to promoting the unique and unique features of Quang Binh, we want to step by step turn the disadvantages of the floods into advantages to exploit tourism in a safe and attractive way In addition, instead of giving gifts to people, we will jointly exploit tourism with the people and the money will contribute to the construction of water supply stations for the people. version “- shared by Mr. Nguyen Chau.

It is known that the proceeds will contribute to building 3 clean water purification stations and supporting the lighting fund for the border area implemented by the Ca Xeng border post, attaching lighting systems to border villages. The first group will depart on November 7 and this tour is only valid for 1 month. Tour to discover Ruc village in flood season
