At 11:00 am, present at the restaurant “vermicelli in installments”, Mr. Dat (SN 1990) – the owner of the noodle shop is busy making things to serve customers. Mr. Dat is from Quoc Oai, went to Hanoi to learn a job and then shared capital with his friends to open a restaurant. Previously, this 9x used to open a bun Dau restaurant in many different locations, also in the form of installment payment.

Many years ago, from his hometown to Hanoi to find a job with poor economic conditions, Mr. Dat was fortunate to receive the help of those around him. When he is more mature, has a job and is stable, he always thinks to treat everyone well, especially the poor. This is also the reason why he opened a noodle shop with this special form of payment.
Newly opened shop but quite crowded. Every day, Mr. Dat sells about 50-70 items, from 11 noon to 2 pm. Guests come to eat with ice tea and candy. He also made a special plump ration, adding more food than usual to serve the poor laborers to come to the shop because “he works hard, he wants to have the strength to eat.”
“Everyone told me so much free of charge, I wouldn’t pay for the capital. I just laughed because how much money was enough, I couldn’t give anyone money, so I invited them to eat a meal to fill my stomach.
The shop opened at the new address but still many patrons came to support. I’m also not afraid that the opportunist will take advantage of the free meals. I just need to help people in need, and I feel very happy, “said Dat.
