QUANG NINH – The largest yacht on Ha Long Bay will be launched by the end of 2023, with two helipads.
The pair of superyachts La Siesta Superyacht has started construction on February 19. It is expected that this will be the largest pair of yachts on Ha Long Bay when launched, with a length of 110 m, equal to a FIFA standard football field and a floor area of more than 2,000 m2.
This is the first time that Ha Long has had a yacht with two helipads. Mr. Doan Manh Linh, Head of Travel Management Department, Department of Tourism of Quang Ninh province, said that the province has not recorded any such yachts yet.
When completed, La Siesta Superyacht will accommodate 160 overnight guests and 320 visitors. Each cabin has an area from 33 m2 to 100 m2, a private balcony, a large wardrobe, standing bathroom, desk, TV and other modern electronic devices. The Owner’s Room, equivalent to the Presidential Room, has an area of 100 m2 with a large bedroom, office, dining room, bar, open kitchen, sundeck and jacuzzi. Some other amenities of the yacht include a large dining room with a capacity of 250 guests, combined with seminars. Sky Bar has a capacity of 200 guests. Some other facilities include 3D golf, movie room, spa, room for smoking cigars and enjoying wine… Crew and service staff are estimated at 70 people.
These new yachts will be aimed at ultra-luxury customers traveling quickly and privately. In addition, the yacht also welcomes small groups and charters for large events.
