Som Tum Thai brand has just opened its first restaurant at Vincom Center Metropolis, Hanoi.

Mr. Sangtongs Veerawut – Thai chef – has more than 20 years of experience accompanying Som Tum Thai, will bring Hanoi diners with bold and spicy flavors.

In particular, Tom Yum crayfish soup scored thanks to the fatty aroma of coconut milk, passionate from spices and herbs, sour and spicy broth with the highlight of fresh crayfish.

The second dish that is equally stimulating to the taste buds is salmon salad with lotus root. This is one of the new dishes, a cross between Japanese and Thai cuisine famous in Bangkok. The attraction of this dish is fresh salmon combined with lotus root and rich sauce with 4 layers of sour – spicy – salty – sweet flavors.

Dishes with tamarind sauce, although popular, but for a very special taste, are also one of the dishes that are loved by many diners.

Stir-fried crab vermicelli impresses with carefully selected sea crabs combined with fragrant fried vermicelli.

Diners coming to the restaurant can also enjoy many typical Thai milk tea dishes.
