The minor seminary has an area of ​​about 2,000 m2, was established around 1841 – 1850, at first it was just thatched roof, bamboo wall. The current architecture of Lang Song minor seminary was inaugurated in 1927.

The entrance to the minor seminary is shady all year round by rows of hundred-year-old star-trees on either side.

The minor seminary is the place for the formation of monks. After completing their studies here, the monks will continue to study in the major seminary to become priests.

The main work of the minor seminary includes the chapel in the middle, symmetrical with the chapel which is two blocks of houses where the monks work and study. In front of the seminary there is a lawn and rows of star trees, and the backyard is divided into squares for growing crops.

The whole project was built with Gothic architecture and features built by the French, with yellow lime walls, corridors with columns and arched doors on the balcony.

Lang Song Sub-seminary is also home to one of the first three Vietnamese printing establishments, including Tan Dinh (Saigon), Ninh Phu (Hanoi) and Lang Song (Binh Dinh). ).

The exact date of birth and the specific image of the original printer is not yet determined, because this place was burned down in 1885. It was not until 1904 that the printer was rebuilt, then operated until about five 1936 moved to Quy Nhon.

In the area where the old printing house existed, nowadays, a building is built as a place to display hidden publications, images of the activities of Lang Song printing house. The work has architecture similar to the overall sub-seminary space.
